Our Farm

Since 1925, the Wilson family has been committed to raising the finest cattle in America.

The Wilson family has a rich history in Richfield, having been deeply rooted in the area for over a century. During that time, the family has owned and operated several farms, specializing in cattle, sheep, and the cultivation of sugar beets. This legacy of agricultural excellence continues with us, Mike and Jana, who have been managing our current farm for the past three years. We are supported by a dedicated team of farm hands and workers. Our farm is strategically divided into three separate grass pastures, each fenced off to allow for rotational grazing. This method ensures that the cattle have access to fresh grass for extended periods, promoting healthier and more flavorful meat. Additionally, we maintain a fourth feeding area equipped with two large, elevated hay and corn feeders. These feeders are meticulously cleaned and serviced daily to provide a hygienic environment for our cattle. Complementing our feeding and grazing systems is a separate watering area featuring large water troughs, which are also cleaned and maintained daily to ensure the well-being of our livestock. Through these practices, we uphold the high standards of farming that have been a hallmark of the Wilson family for generations!
